7 Day Return Policy

For items that are not faulty and were not sent in error you will be credited 80% of invoice value, provided items are returned to Beautiful Ink Ltd in an unused, re-saleable condition, in the original packaging with all seals intact.  We are unable to refund postage or any other fees
Machines are supplied with a sample set of needles.  If you open one of the needles, or any others you have purchased, the machine cannot be returned as hygiene cannot be guaranteed
Needle boxes are easily damaged during shipping, so please take a photo of the box as you received it, in case of any damage during return transit.  A box received damaged will effect your refund and the seals must be intact
Pigments must be clean, unused and with all seals intact

7 Day Damaged or Faulty Items Return Policy

In the unlikely event that you receive a product from Beautiful Ink Ltd that is damaged during delivery or faulty we will be happy to refund or replace at no cost to yourself.   We will issue a full refund (including postage) or a replacement at no additional cost. Machine Failure Policy

Should you encounter any problems with any machine purchased through Beautiful Ink Ltd, please call our company director, Lisa Henning, on 01273 775188 or 07530 978856 and she will advise on the appropriate course of action
Terms and Conditions of Machine Failure Policy
  • Machines and hand pieces carry a one year warranty
  • Wires, leads and machine casing is not covered by the warranty
  • If the item is out of warranty you will be advised of the repair cost and carriage cost before we proceed
  • Machines may need to be returned to the manufacturer for repair which could take up to 3 weeks for return
  • Beautiful Ink Ltd offers a courtesy machine should your machine need to be sent for repair
  • Faulty machine to be received by Beautiful Ink, and tested as faulty, before courtesy machine is offered
  • If the returned faulty machine has no fault on testing, you will be asked to pay a delivery charge before we are able to return the machine
  • All returned machines must be packed to arrive safely
  • All returns must be sent by an insured, tracked delivery service
  • The courtesy machine must be returned within 7 days of your repaired machine being returned.  We will refund or credit any postage
