Refund Policy (clients)

Individual Treatment: Beautiful Ink Ltd endeavor to carry out treatments to your satisfaction and to meet your expectations. In the event that we do not deliver to your expectations please make your concerns known to the company director, Lisa Henning, and she will assist you to the best of her abilities. Individual treatments are not eligible for a refund or store credit

Pre-Paid Course of Treatments:  Beautiful Ink Ltd will honour a full refund on any pre-paid course of treatments on condition that the refund request is made within 14 days of the initial purchase date and that no treatment has been undertaken or received. Refund requests between 14 and 28 days of initial purchase date will be eligible for a store credit on condition that no treatment has been undertaken or received.  Beautiful Ink Ltd does not honour refunds for a course of treatments after 28 days of the initial purchase date (see separate section for Gift Vouchers).  Store credit for cannot be used in exchange for products

Pre-Paid Course of Treatments with Treatment/s Received:  Beautiful Ink Ltd does not honour refunds for a course of treatments that have started with at least one treatment.  Beautiful Ink Ltd offers a store credit for the unused treatment value, calculated without any discounts.  Store credit cannot be used in exchange for products

Cosmetic & Medical Tattooing (using pigment): Cosmetic and medical tattooing are a minimum two-visit treatment with prices agreed and written in the Client File.  Tattooing with pigment has no guarantee as healed results are unpredictable regarding colour and density of colour, and permanent makeup pigments fade over time. Therefore once a cosmetic or medical tattoo (using pigment) has started, no refund or store credit can be given


Products

Beautiful Ink Ltd is unable to offer a Refund or Return Policy on any skin care products purchased (unless damaged or faulty), as we cannot guarantee their hygiene once they’ve left our premises

Damaged or Faulty Products (online purchase)
In the unlikely event that you receive a product from Beautiful Ink Ltd that is damaged during delivery or faulty we will be happy to refund or replace at no cost to yourself.  We will issue a full refund (including postage) or a replacement at no additional cost. Please notify Lisa Henning within 3 days of receipt by calling 01273 775188 or 07530 978856

Terms & Conditions of Damaged or Faulty Product Returns:

  • Notification of damage or fault must be within 3 days of receipt
  • Products must be in the unused condition that you received them and in the original box and packaging
  • We may ask for photos of the damage or fault before issuing a refund or replacement
  • We may ask for return of the goods before issuing a refund or replacement.
  • All returns must be sent by an insured, trackable delivery service
