Terms & Conditions

These are the Terms & Conditions of Beautiful Ink Ltd (Incl. Skin Confidence). Beautiful Ink Ltd will also be known as ‘the company’ within these Terms & Conditions

Should Beautiful Ink Ltd fail to enforce our rights, or waive them on an occasion, it shall not preclude us from exercising them in the future

Payment

In Clinic: Beautiful Ink Ltd accepts cash, debit and credit cards including American Express.  Beautiful Ink Ltd does not accept cheques.

Online:  Beautiful Ink Ltd accepts PayPal, debit and credit cards

Prices

Prices are subject to VAT. There is no minimum order. Gift Vouchers are posted free of charge, all other prices do not include delivery. Delivery Information. All goods remain the property of the company until paid for in full. The company reserve the right to amend prices without notice

Pre-Paid Course

A pre-paid course treatments must be used within one year of the first treatment, after this time unused treatments will be void and cannot be claimed.  For cosmetic and medical tattooing using pigments, the top up visit must be used within six weeks of the first visit.   An additional fee may be charged if a client returns after six weeks with less than half the colour they wish to achieve.   After three months the included top up visit is void and cannot be claimed

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and must be produced at the time of treatment.  Several vouchers can be used to cover the price of any treatments booked, the remaining balance is due on your first appointment.  Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase, any multi-visit treatments must be taken within the 6 months

Booking Deposit

Clients: To book a treatment the company may request a non-refundable £50 or £100 booking deposit. Any changes to the booked appointment must be made in accordance with the Cancellation Policy

Professionals: To book a workshop or training course a non-refundable deposit is required. Full payment is required 14 days prior to the start of the workshop. Failure to do so may result in you forfeiting your reservation and deposit. There will be no refund if a course or workshop is not attended

If you cancel a booked course or workshop the following charges will apply:

  • Cancellation 6-8 weeks before course start date, 20% of total fee
  • Cancellation 4-6 weeks before course start date, 35% of total fee
  • Cancellation 2-4 weeks before course start date, 50% of total fee
  • Cancellation within 2 weeks of course start date, total fee

If you postpone a booked training course or workshop, you will be required to pre-pay the full cost of our travel and accommodation expenses for the new dates.  If no new dates are booked, the above cancellation charges apply

Beautiful Ink Ltd reserve the right to postpone or cancel the workshop should circumstances beyond our control dictate. In this unlikely event you will be offered an alternative date and transfer of your booking and payment

Cancellation Policy

Brighton – 24 hours notice is required to cancel or move an appointment.  If 24 hours notice is not given a £50 charge will be due when you next visit.  If an appointment is missed the cost of the booked treatment will be due when you next visit

Manchester – 14 days notice is required to cancel or move an appointment.  If 14 days notice is not given a £100 charge will be due when you next visit.  If an appointment is missed the cost of the booked treatment will be due when you next visit

Online Purchases (clients & professionals)

The purchaser must at all times be satisfied that the products ordered are suitable. Beautiful Ink Ltd cannot accept liability for the products use or the way in which they are stored

The company is unable to offer a return or refund policy on any skin care products as we cannot guarantee hygiene of the products once they have left our premises. Refund Policy (clients)

In line with our client and professional refund and return policies, any requests for store credit, replacement of shortages or damage during delivery must be notified to us within 3 days of receipt of goods, or, in the case of non-delivery, within 10 days of purchase

Online Purchases – Professionals

For professional products (machines & needles) the company has a separate Return Policy (professionals)

When PMU / MTS machines are returned for repair or service, they are done entirely at the customer’s own risk

You warrant that you will use the Products in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.  You warrant that you shall not supply or make available the Products to minors or vulnerable persons

You warrant that the purchase of the Products is for use at your Registered Studio only and you warrant and undertake not to sell or offer for sale the Products to consumers or unregistered studios

Privacy Policy

This privacy policy sets out how Beautiful Ink use and protect any information you give when using this website, making contact and client appointments.  We are committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected.  Should we ask you to provide any information by which you can be identified, you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.  By providing your contact details, you agree that you do not object to us contacting you via such, and that you do not consider any such contact as being a breach of any of your rights under the Data Protection Act.  We do not sell or pass on any details you provide

Information gathered from phone conversations, emails and appointments – We require certain client record information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service.  This includes an electronic and hard copy file with your name, address, treatment interest and procedures carried out.  We text clients an appointment reminder, and a week or so after the appointment text again to check healing.  We text and/or email clients a top up reminder around 12 months and again 18 months after their treatment

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure.  In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical and electronic procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect
